Ingredients
300 g flat rice vermicelli
350 g frozen mixed seafood, thawed
300 g your choice of vegetables: peppers, onions, zucchini, mushrooms and broccoli
¼ pineapple, diced
1 thinly sliced green onion
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
250 ml

Get your wok on and be ready for an explosion of flavours and colours with this flavourfull recipe!
Preparation
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes; rinse under cold water and drain.
In a wok or large frying pan, heat the oil over high heat and add the onions and seafood. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the other vegetables and the pineapple and cook while stirring for 2 more minutes.
Add the noodles and the Ginger Sweet & Sour Sauce and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Serve and garnish with green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
