  1. Cook the Nem Nuong sausages over medium-high heat for 6 minutes or until they are cooked to your liking.
  2. Cut open the rolls and top with mayonnaise, grated carrots and onion.
  3. Add the Nem Nuong sausages and cilantro.
  4. Top with hot sauce and sliced jalapeño peppers to taste.
